Adam J. Young has been practicing law in New York and Florida for more than 20 years. He is also a Member of the Real Property Law Section of the New York State Bar Association.

Mr. Young’s practice centers on real estate transactions of all types, including both residential and commercial acquisitions and sales (including condominiums, cooperatives, single-family homes, townhouses, brownstones, multi-family buildings, office buildings and shopping centers), commercial leasing transactions (including office, retail/store and shopping centers), mortgage lending and development work. His legal, business and economics background allows Mr. Young to counsel clients on broader business matters in conjunction with ensuring their legal objectives. He has given lectures and seminars to attorneys, real estate brokers, individuals and investors on a variety of topics such as financing, acquiring and brokering residential and commercial properties.

Mr. Young is a graduate of Boston University’s School of Management where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1990. Mr. Young received his Juris Doctor and Masters in Economics from Syracuse University in 1995. He was a member and editor of the Syracuse Journal of Legislation and Policy and was awarded honors in Law and Economics.

During law school, Mr. Young was a law clerk to the Honorable William C. Thompson in the New York State Supreme Court, Appellate Division, 2nd Department. He also clerked at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the Northern District of New York.

Prior to starting the Law Firm of Adam J. Young, LLC, Mr. Young worked for several years with law firms in New York (Hall Dickler LLP) and Florida (Ward Damon, P.A.) representing and counseling corporations, institutional lenders and individuals.

Jonathan A. Lesser, Esq.

Jonathan A. Lesser received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Economics from The Johns Hopkins University in 1988 and his Juris Doctor from Yeshiva University's Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1991. Mr. Lesser is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut and the District of Columbia. He is also a member of the New York State Bar Association (Member, Real Property Law Section).

Mr. Lesser maintains a general practice with a concentration in real estate, corporate and tax law. He is experienced in all areas of sophisticated real estate practice. Mr. Lesser has represented domestic and foreign clients in many phases of real estate financing, acquisition, leasing, development, restructurings, foreclosures and bankruptcies. Having been based in New York for his entire career, he has a thorough understanding of the New York real estate practice and market.

Ian Blant , Esq.

Ian L. Blant earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors from the University of Wisconsin in 1975 and a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law in 1982. For more than thirty years, Mr. Blant has specialized in litigating complex commercial cases including cases involving real estate disputes, real estate brokers, construction related issues and partnership disputes. Mr. Blant represents many of the preeminent local and national brokerage firms in the real estate industry. He handles all aspects of litigation from commencement of the action through discovery, mediation, trial, appeal and supplementary proceedings for both individual and corporate clients. Mr. Blant uses his extensive experience in New York State Courts and Federal Courts to aggressively move matters through the court process while maximizing procedural advantages. He has litigated and tried hundreds of cases with great success and has also negotiated numerous lucrative settlements for his clients.
